why is my samsung s6 acting up so much?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung s6 which makes these screeching noises that lasts for hours, turns on and off continuously and shows up a screen that looks like some programming/hacker type and directs me to use the volume button to select different options e.g reboot system.
I dropped it 3 weeks ago which is when everything began to act up but after that day my phone was working perfectly but now it's been acting up again.
If anyone has the same problem or knows how to fix this please reply.

It’s not very likely that anyone here would know how to fix it, but I’ll move it to the S6 forum.
You may need to take it to a repairer.
