My phone bluetooth headset is all garble ehen trying to use for call.

Samsung s6 , using planatronics bluetooth , it worked fine ,then it wouldnt work on calls so i replaced with new one, still same problem , works for games, media, music and texting , says phone 1 conected. But is a garble sound for all calls including voice mail. Checked bluetooth is connected for media and phone . Im going crazy. ....i can plug a wire set in works fine. But want my wireless back . Thanks donna

Welcome to Android Central! Is it garbled on your end (i.e., the people on the other end of the call sound garbled), or does the person you're calling complain that you sound garbled?

Voicemail would tend to indicate that it's at least on incoming audio.

Unless the OP means that people he leaves voicemails for complain that his voice is garbled!
