Random shut off and reboot

Sorry if this issue has been discussed in the mix of other issues. I have TMOBILE, not sure if my 64 gb sd card is the culprit. It randomly shuts off even when I am texting or making calls. Any solutions? Thanks!

Try taking the SD card out and see if you have the same problem

If that doesn't fix it try in safe mode to see if you have a rogue app.

Samsung should really send a fix out asap...I really want to buy s7 edge....but these issues are holding me back...iam using lg g4 now...hope I don't regret it...thou my DD is lumia 950 ds

Thanks for the replies. I took my SD card out, but the issue randomly persists. One of my main reasons to get this phone is the sd card, it would suck if that's the issue. At any rate, T-Mobile will send me a free replacement. Maybe the one that I have is a lemon. Anyone else has this issue?
