Account Snyc Issue

From yesterday I found Google Contact Sync was not happening properly and I have lost quite a lot of contacts. Anyone can help

Did you recently switch phones? I have had phones before which put contacts into my sim or carrier account instead of in the google account. Check to see where your contacts default to.

If you have the old phone, this is going to be way easier!
