Nougat update changed my calendar

Nougat changed my calendar on my s7 edge. How can I change it back?

It's smaller, and I could always easily see the whole month along with my daily tasks. I have a picture of what it looks like now compared to what it use to look like but I'm not sure how to get it on here.

From the month view you can swipe up and your daily tasks will be shown at the bottom with the month view on top.

I just added 2 attachments. The first one is the current calendar and the second is the one I want back. I have tried what you suggested however it doesn't "feel right" if that makes any sense.

Looks the same to me. The only difference is the bigger font on the month and lines instead of dots.

The calendar that shows April 2014 is the one I want back. The one you just attached is what I have now and I don't like it at all.

Well then the answer is you can't get it back. Trying to roll back the update will lead to a void warranty, and if you don't know what you are doing you can turn your phone into a useless paperweight. Download a different calendar app if you don't want the new one.

You can change settings like other apps. Where are you looking?

On the old calendar the word more was in the top right corner. After the update my calendar has been by the month. I want it daily again. Thank you.

Look for 3 dots or 3 horizontal lines. Giving some details on what you're using would be helpful.

I have nothing on the screen. That is what's so frustrating. If I could post a picture I would.

On the top of the screen there is 'view'. Select that and choose daily.

I can not see any paperclip here to attach my screenshots. New to these forums. I have a galaxy S7 phone. Never a problem until this update. All I have on the calendar screen is the full month calendar. No options ANYWHERE to change it

I have a Galaxy S7 Edge. Are you telling me your calendar looks different from the pics I posted of my Calendar? You can very clearly see the options on the top of the screeb for view and the 3 dots.
