Hi all, this morning I awoke to find my S7 at 87%. I took it off charger just before I went to bed. Obviously this is not right. This thing should be dozing the night away as it's running Marshmallow. What could be the issue here?

Hi Cakefish! It seems a lot. Can you get the signal bar after you tap on the battery graph? Maybe some problems with your network?

Maybe the S7 doesn't include that option. This is what I get when I tap on the main battery graph.

Does it disable apps for all time, or just for a short term?

They are disabled until you re enable them. Just like if you go in to your apps settings and disable it. With that app you can disable the ones that you are not able to disable through your app settings and they stay disabled for as long as you want them to be.

Speaking of Package Disabler Pro, I read somewhere you have to re-enable apps before accepting an OTA. Why is that and what will happen if I don't? (Off-topic I know, but I have to ask)
Nothing happens that I know of. I have accepted them with apps disabled and everything went just fine.

Morning all!

Just wondering what you make of these.

I put my phone into power saving mode last night when I went to bed at about 60%
Got a heck of a shock when I woke up six hours later and it was down to 25% despite apparently being in a state of doze for eight hours.

Here's the screenshots. Caveat is that I'm in a hotel in the middle of nowhere in the English countryside this weekend and as you can see, I have shockingly bad mobile reception and am having to use wifi. I'm assuming that's what would have drained the battery so much in doze? Is only odd because GSAM says the phone radio only used 20%.

Thoughts appreciated.

Your carrier signal appears to be non existent which means that your phone is constantly trying to lock on to a signal in standby.
