Texting Apps for a Verizon S7 . Having textra issues

I'm using textra but having problems with group messages when iPhones are in the conversation. The app says cant get mms, if i get the messages they are all delayed, etc. Does anyone know if there are other messaging apps that don't have this problem?

I'm using messenges + and pulse. It's an I phone thing. Nothing you can do. Maybe what's app can do it. But everybody has to be on it.

I find that at least activating Message+ and agreeing to the terms and conditions makes everything regarding SMS and MMS work better. You can use Google Messages after activating Message+ (say, if you don't like Message+) and still send and receive SMS and MMS over wifi, but Textra seems to lose a lot of the Verizon 'features'. :-/
