Samsung Internet Verizon

So after having it on my Note 5 and then moving from AT&T to Verizon at the Note 7 launch and my subsequent S7E replacement Verizon did not include it on the 7 series. I could not even download it. So why the change and have it stock on the S8/S8+? Is it worth using over Chrome?

It is subjective, but I find Samsung Internet to be a bit better than Chrome.

I use samsung internet on my note 5 on t-mobile. I use the adblock extensions on it (not available on chrome) and have setup the facebook app to open any internet content outside of FB, so I don't have to deal with ads all over the place. Added bonus, is that the samsung internet saves web passwords in the fingerprint vault, so I don't have to really sign into pages. I wasn't aware they removed it from the 7 series, I'll have to check my gf's 7 when she gets home in the morning.
