Google Contacts Syncing keeps stopping error while in Whatsapp

Everytime I send a message in WhatsApp I get the following error.

If it happens just while using WhatsApp then I'd suggest you to make sure you have a WhatsApp Chat backup (Google cloud one) and go to Settings-Apps and look for Whatsapp and clear cache and data, this will reset Whatsapp and will ask you again for your credentials and then for Permissions, be sure to allow them.

Ive done that. Even reinstalled as well.

Then remove your Google Account and I'd suggest to go to Google Play Services and Google Play Framework and Clear cache and data of both, this will remove completely all Google Accounts on the phone, just reboot and re-add the Google Account (or accounts) and see if it can finally fix your issue.

I did that as well 2 days ago and it worked then it came back.

this method not working for me.
my problem is, i can't syncing my contacts from Google account.
the error message is " google contact sync has stopped " when i trying after a while, this message showing "google contact sync is keep stopping"
