Galaxy s9+ how do you double lock phone with both PIN and fingerprint for double security?

How do you setup double lock with fingerprint and PIN to lock your Galaxy s9+ phone?

Stock Android (and I assume Samsung didn't change it) is to just lock the screen. When you try to unlock it with your fingerprint, you should be given a keypad for your PIN. (There are different timers for screen blanking and locking, so actually lock the screen to try it. And write the PIN down and stick it in a sock drawer. You'd be surprised how many "I forgot my PIN" posts we see.)

but even if you set both pin and fingerprint this will not mean a "double lock".
i don't think you can set it up so that it will require both pin and fingerprint to unlock.
either one will unlock.
