The earphone i bought months ago has low volume, it was working fine not long ago,but now i am seeing problems. First is when i insert the earphone plug, it will be recognized by the system then a message will pop up on the top left of the screen saying earphones are connected then when you play it, it has low volumes, even at max volume i hear only music and not the singer or voices. 2nd is after it gets recognized by the system (earphones connected) it will disappear and get unrecognized, one more thing is the songs i have downloaded using the app mp3 player are working fine but not as good as before, when i play it i need to adjust the balance in the equalizer to 1 part only not the middle because it will turn back into the low sound thing and also the songs with balance on qualizer sounds like im in a sewer
