Which is the best one?

Ebay is the best source, Samsung parts are made from China so everything you see on Ebay are the same as OEM parts from Samsung

However, don't consider the battery is bad if you have experienced quick discharge or auto restart.
New battery may have the same problem as old one due to loose battery connectors: from the battery or the one soldered to mainboard. This is a common problem from Samsung tablets, most used the same connectors on battery and on mainboard.
