I updated my tab s2 to the latest version 6.0.1 and my keypad didnt work, wouldnt register buttons 0 p and ,
Tried booting to safe mode and they worked, couldnt figure out which app to uninstsll so i did a factory reset. Issue got fixed for a while until i downloaded my most commonly used apps.
Then the issue happened again. I just took a wild guess and uninstalled my huawei media link app and the issue mysteriously resolved itself. Then i reinstalled it, and then the issue hasnt occurred again since. I was just wondering what could have caused the screen being unresponsive? Does anybody know what can be done to avoid this in the future? Thanks a lot!
