OTA update

So my sprint tab keeps downloading the latest OTA update, but cant install due to the fact that i rooted and deleted sprint bloat from my tab. So i keep deleting the update from the cache. Is there any way to get the tab to stop downloading the update?

I tried to manually update my tab to the latest release but it just didn't work. I had to start back at stock all over again. Normally the update should only ask once. That's been my case,and that's only when the device is first powered up. I'm on CDMA. So that may be the difference

well i dont care to have it updated tho. it doesnt look like i need it. so when i delete the downloaded update from the cache, it will download it again. cuz if i dont, it will nag me to death about updating
