apple switching to samsung

Hi, with apple watch I can press side button and use voice via siri to add a reminder to a reminder app that syncs with windows app. All reminders are then available in windows, web phone and watch.

Can samsung watch do this? what apps should I use with samsung to achieve the same result ?

I double tap the home button to bring up Samsung voice (or is it called bixby now).
