Just FYI, Samsung.com USA has updated the trade-in values for Flip 3 devices for Flip 4 pre-orders:

Pre-orders from Aug 10 to Aug 14, you could trade any Flip 3 storage size in for $900 trade-in credit - now, it's $900 for Flip 3 256 and $700 for Flip 3 128.

Wow I'm glad I decided to trade my 128gb z flip 3 for the 256gb z flip 4 when I did which was on the 12th lol.

I feel like they had too many people upgrading from the flip 3(which is a no brainer) that were 128gb. I would love to see the stats of what most are trading in, but I feel the flip 3 will make up the biggest % of newer devices.

Be glad you got that insane deal at all. Over here the flip 4 is £999 (about 1200 dollars) and the most they offer on a trade is £470 (about 565 dollars ).

$900 - Bespoke Flip 3
$800 - 256 Flip 3 (reduced from $900)
$700 - 128 Flip 3

I would agree , for under $140 after trade and tax it was Why Not , only time I use the Flip is on vacations and sporting events where I can keep it in my pocket .
