Only one email has come in... Confused

Just purchased the GEAR 2 LITE and only one email has come in as emails come in fluidly to the phone. Can anyone suggest ways to solve.

You might have to add 'Yahoo" or other e-mail accounts in the gear manager... also you will not get a notification if you are using the phone when the e-mail comes in...

Also, there is a setting (that may be default, I cant remember) that will not send notifications to the gear if the phone is in use. So if you are constantly on your phone and this option is checked you may not get much action on the watch.
