After having this for about a month I started noticing that there's a red spot where the watch sits. I haven't worn it in a few days and the red mark has darkened. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have a red mark on the underside of my wrist from wearing the watch, caused by the constant rubbing of the clasp against my skin. Doesn't go away either.

Yeah I too have had the same issue. It burnt through on my wrist. I informed LG Europe but they weren't helpful at all. I was quite shocked considering the negative PR this issue can create.
The watch will also now not charge correctly either because the pins have my blood marks and have blackened. Its not possible to clean it. Either way I've returned mine to Google within 14 days due to it being faulty. Glad I'm not the only one. This is a serious defect. I'll be holding out for the moto 360 instead now as it uses wireless charging instead of contact points.

This is the LG G Watch that was released at start of July 2014.

Yes this happen to me as well! I contacted Samsung and they are going to look at it. They offered me a refund but I love the watch so I want to see if it can be fixed first. If there engineer department cannot fix it then they will refund me. I wonder of the new watch has the same issue?
