Hi I am Rupesh from India and recently I have borrowed Sony Xperia Z1 from my friend and before borrowing he has updated os to lollipop ie., 5.0.1
When I borrowed clear audio plus was working and dolby atmos was installed.
From the beginning sound output was very low using headphones and external speakers and even sometimes there was no sound output from external speakers so I have installed soundabout app and after selecting options 1)wired headsets with mic or 2)speakers I was able to get sound only from the corresponding.
In order to get sound output high from speakers I have tried a lot they are
1) after rooting the device I have copied mixer_paths.xml file to /system/etc and after that when I try to play any audio file the player gave output as unable to play file because it may be corrupted and so I have went to twrp recovery and restored the backup which I have made previously and after rebooting I was able to play any audio file so there was no use of this method.
2) I have downloaded dolby_digital_plus zip file and after rebooting I have entered twrp recovery and I have installed dolby_digital_plus from it and after rebooting I was able to play any audio file but this time I am able to get sound output from headphones only. when somebody make a call to me I am unable to get sound from external speakers.
3) I have entered twrp recovery and I have restored the backup which I have made previously and at present I am unable to play any audio file or unable to get sound output from external or internal speakers.
At present I am unable to see even clear audio plus option in settings.
Please help me to get sound output if possible high from both speakers.
