Anyone else root, then lose LED use?

I have the paid version of Light Flow*on my Sprint Galaxy Nexus. I just rooted and now my lights aren't working via Light Flow. Light Flow itself is working fine - the debugger and the other widget both show what should be happening. I get my pop-ups and all that, but no lights. The light is working as it blinks for system notices. I've given Light Flow permanent Superuser access; I've clicked on the box in settings regarding rooted phones; nothing. Any thoughts?

Also make sure that the Pulse Notification Light is checked under "Display" in Settings.

It was very basic issue. I had "show notifications" off. Apparently that controls the color changes too.
