Is there a difference between the SPH-L900 and N7100 models?

I am shopping for leather cases. So far, the only cases I see are for the N7100 model. What's the difference between that model and mine - SPH-L900? Will the N7100 cases work/fit?

Its the same phone... just that different carriers have different model numbers... N7100 is the international model as sprint is L900.... they are exactly the same and cases will fit with either...

Yep, exact same dimensions. The only difference you will see between the two is if you remove the back cover, the Sprint one is missing the LTE slow since the sim card is built in.

I was told the SPH-L900 is also an international device, if the sim card is built in that puts a problem if I want to use it when I travel overseas right? My Sprint SPH-L900 does get LTE in some places lol.

The only way you can use the Sprint variant overseas is if you pay sprint for their worldwide service assuming that you can pick up a CDMA network

Are the batteries for the sph-l900 & n7100 interchangeable? Or would it not be advised to purchase a battery that is listed for the N 7100 model and then use it in the SPH-L900 model? The reason I ask is even have some n 7100 extended batteries for sale at a decent price point but I own a SPH-L900 version. Thoughts?
