Help - I just blew my phone

I just tried to upgrade my rooted sprint s3 phone to kitkat using the zip file and it would not boot. I tried to do a restore but the one I got to work was version 4.1.2 build vpbmd4. I need the zip files to get me to where I can use the zip file to get kitkat.

I don't have access to the internet right now except the s3 or tab 3 so I need to work around that. Any help will be appreciated.

An update - I found some zip files but they are old and no longer work. I also think I have a way connect my laptop to the internet for short periods of time so I should be able to run oden if I can get the needed files..

I don't think there's any reliable way to flash this without a PC. This thead should help:

Thanks for the help. I downloaded the tar to my tab 3 and transfered it to the laptop. I was not able to find a copy of odin 3.09 but I had a copy of 3.07 on the laptop and used that. I have 4.4.2 up and running. Now I just have to rebuild the system. That will take a while.

Question - what is the difference between 4.4 and 4.4.2???
