I'm rooted, I'm S-Off'd, and I want to update to 4.3. What now?

Hey guys. I've tried to do my due diligence before posting but as a relative newb to all this, I think I need a little help.

I'm rooted and running 1.31.651.2 thanks to Qbking77's tutorial:

I just s-off'd, again thanks to Qbking77's tutorial:

But now I want to update to 4.3. I'd prefer not to unroot, but maybe I have to? Also I'd prefer not to loose all my settings/apps/data.

Would you experts mind spelling out how to update my rooted s-off'd HTC One for Sprint?

First, search XDA Forums for a 4.3 ROM. This way you don't have to unroot

Next you want to download something like Titanium Backup, MyBackup Pro, or Helium to back up your apps+data. You might be able to back up your system setting with these as well but I've honestly never tried.

Do you have a recovery installed? you will need one to flash any zips. Once you have a custom recovery which i recommend the latest twrp that supports 4.3
