Weird Charging Issue

Sometimes I notice the charging going up very slowly or not at all. I noticed the percentage is like 14% something low. I reboot the phone and BAM, more then double the percentage reads on a quick reboot.

Am I crzy?

When your phone is off it recharges quickly because its not feeding power to all the radios and the screen. The phone once reset is not running all the background processes which gives it more of a boost to charge the phone.

one weird thing i have noticed is my phone says fully charged but when i look at the percentage its only at like 91% charged but it stops there never reaches a full 100% it just stops charging, and says the battery is fully charged

Its a built in safety to stop the phone from overcharging... Plus a bug too in the OS's from day one... My Epic 4g would get 100% some times, but almost instantly drop to 95%.... Most of the time it would hit 95 or 96% and call it a full charge...

My Nexus stops at 91% or 94% often and considers that a full charge...
