It randomly does not make/ receive phone calls. I have had to restart 2x to get it working. I wonder if it has some thing to do with Bluetooth being on. Very frustrating. Anyone else have this problem

Yes, happened to me once. Haven't had the problem since. Are you using google voice? I thought it might be something with that.

Yes I am using Google voice. This is a horrible flaw and I hope it can be fixed. I am worried I have to return the phone. What r ur thoughts

Just keeping an eye on it for now. I had an EPIC replaced because it couldn't make phone calls for six hours. I went to find out the next day that Google Voice had crapped out, so my replacement was for naught. If it happens again (someone else mentioned it in another thread), I'll return the unit. I've alerted Motorola Tech Support, so hopefully they will look into it.

I don't use Google Voice, and I've had to pull the battery twice because of this problem. I'm a little disappointed.

It just happens. Just try making a phone call every hour and u may run into it

Are any of you using an Airave? Have had major issues with this bug. Power cycling and battery pulls help but only temporarily. Sprint is sending me a replacement but I'm concerned!

I am using Google Voice with Sprint Integration and an Airave but when I was out running errangs yesterday calls were flawless. When I got home again the problems started back up. Today audio was completely out until I power cycled the phone.

Not good Sprint and Motorola. You would think that pre-release testing would've caught this bug. While talking to Sprint level 2 support last night they said this audio bug was a known issue and that a software update in mid-August was supposed to address this issue.

Best of luck to those of you who rely on this as your business phone or only phone. I did try to get the level 2 support specialist to give me some identifying information on the bulletin so I could reference it here but he said there was no identifying support bulletin #.

Are any of you using an Airave?.

I am using and airave and when dialing *99 it tells me that the feature code is not available and if i remember correctly my Nexus would say that you are using an airave if you would dial that.

This is the main reason why they say to make sure the old phone is shut off. I've done this myself; new/old phone on and while the new one appears to be working fine, the old one is trying to provision (which it shouldn't).

I purchased a Photon today and it is difficult to keep it running. If I leave the phone sitting for 20 minutes or more I have to remove and reinstall the battery to get it going again. I do not use Google Voice. Very disappointed. Spent a half hour with Sprint and did a hard reset. The tech rep suggested I replace the phone tomorrow. I forgot to mention the random soft resets the phone does when I am trying to keep it awake. The Photon makes the Palm Pre that I replaced look pretty attractive right now.

My co-worker is also having this issue. He also has a 4G bug where it constantly tries to switch networks forcing reboot. I have a feeling the phone may not last long before he switches to something else...
