I'm new to much of this. I flashed the latest Android Revolution ROM and have been trying to flash the HTC logo hack -- which allows you to use the HTC logo as a menu button and removes the big menu bar at bottom etc. -- BUT, the mod seems to freeze system after flashing. When I reboot, I end up with a black screen and then nothing seems to happen. Am I waiting long enough? Is the mod incompatible? Help! Much obliged!

there is a mod that removes the three buttons and you then long press the back button to access the settings. To activate HTC logo I believe you have to flash a kernel

Don't flash anything that doesn't specifically state that it will work with your phone. That may have been what you did. If so, you may need to restore from a backup or reflash the ROM.

I'm running ARHD 11.5 combined with bulletproof Kernel. I now have htc as logo and several neat ways to make the phone sleep or wake. Let me know if you need more help
