Randomly (at 4:40AM PST, haha) hit check for updates on my settings and got the 245MB update for AT&T! Thought it would have been 4.2.2 but was wrong, not sure what this update consisted of. Any ideas?

Current software now is 1.26.502.15 after the update.

things that I have noticed that are improved already:

-Auto-dimming works better then previously.
-Camera can automatically open up in Vertical, don't have to twist to horizontal and back to vertical.

Am I screwed if I put a ROM on the phone? It's a Sense based ROM but will that update not happen for me?

Keep us updated on what else you find. I'm not showing an update and I'm only on 502.13. :(

That's a huge update though at 245MB

Its mostly additional bands for LTE from what I hear. It would be nice if this new radio is pulled out for those of us on a custom ROM.

can someone dump the radio/update so that us on custom roms don't have to revert to stock. Does anyone know if this patches s-off.

A few users are trying to do so on XDA. Most likely something will pop-up by late tonight.

Did you notice if the Baseband version and Build number have changed?

The baseband is the same as the latest tmobile update's

Yeah, I noticed it after exchanging some messages with the guys on XDA. I've already been using that T-Mobile radio. This update is only beneficial for users staying complete stock.

I've been running Android Revolution HD 12.1 with the 2.24.401.1 firmware package so I'm good most likely until another 4.2.2 is released, or 4.3 later this year.

I contacted ATT and HTC about the update and no one could answer my question as to what the changes are.I dont understand how the manufacturer and the service provider both know less about their own products than the members on here.It baffles me as to how clueless these companies are.

Haven't gotten it yet. Spamed the at&t updater and the one in the settings. And ideas or help?
