*I checked all threads I could find, but none were for this particular phone.*
It took so long to finally figure this out I thought I'd post a FIX rather than a request for a fix ... worked like a charm for me:
First, cancel all the downloads and return to Home.
From the home screen hit "menu" > tap "Settings."
scroll down to and tap "Applications."
Then tap "Storage Use" > "Market" > "Force Stop" and "Clear Cache".
Power off and back on. Return to the Market, hit Menu and "My apps."
Downloads should resume and finish correctly.
Hope this saves someone a bunch of huntin'.
