keyboard problems

has anyone else noticed the problem with the stock android keyboard on this phone. This is my second G2 and both are inaccurate when it comes to the backspace button. All to many times have i found myself hitting the backspace button and the l key being typed instead. I understand that is what the hardware keyboard is for but its nice to have a properly working virtual keyboard also. Just try it. hit the backspace key and watch your finger. the l key will be typed most of the time and it drives me crazy. i hope Google or HTC fixes this in their next release for the G2
