Bluetooth in car calls last number dialed

When I make a call using bluetooth in my car (Prius, built-in bluetooth systen) it displays the number I enter on the car screen, but the phone dials the last number I called. This does not happen when I am not using bluetooth. I am guessing that somehow when the previous call is ended, the connection is not completely closed on the phone, so the next call picks up the number that is still hanging around.

It is gone now,but I can't remember if I did anything. Maybe I re-connected the phone to the car Bluetooth? Or reset the phone? Sorry....
