Is there some reason that your VoIP doesn't work over cellular data?

Yes, I am in a rural mountainous area in coastal California with weak 3G coverage at best, mostly Edge except in the larger town where I work. Data in my house is Edge and weak voice, so the VoIP solution over wifi works at home and work. Everywhere else I use my mobile minutes, but rarely go over 80 in a month, since most calls are at home or at work.

Just signed up the new unlimited everything with EIP. $70 for plan, $20 for phone installment payment, in California. No insurance, getting that elsewhere. So what do you think my bill will be? I was told about $98 but they werent sure.
