Briefing alarm not going off, just giving notification

I have a briefing alarm set to repeat every week and it has been going off just fine like it should until my phone updated. Now the alarm does not go off and only sends a notification that says "Alarm: Alarm set for 7:15 AM. Select to cancel" and then it will go off when I click the notification. The alarm goes off normally when it isn't set as a briefing alarm. I have no idea how to change it back. Any ideas?
