Billing cycle date change?

Is there any AT&T reps on here(or anyone else that's know) that can tell me if I'm able to change the billing cycle due date on my account?

I"m not with AT&T, but I highly doubt that. It would be like asking your credit card to change your bill's usual due date.

Actually I've done that. Just have to be mid cycle and current on payments. This was for a citicard

Yes you can. Must be 8 or 10 days past normal billing cycle and current on payments. I spoke to retention this morning about it. Odd coincidence lol
