Need hardware tech info on a Alcatel Ideal

I need to know what kind of wired headset jack (TRRS or TRS) is in the Alcatel Ideal. I am trying to use a WIRED headset with mic. So far I am having problems with one that works. With one I can hear, but the mic doesn't work. And of course it didn't come with one.

The unit plays music fine with normal TRS stereo headset
