Thanks. I am letting my battery drain all the way down as we speak. I hope this works. If not, im taking the phone back. Half of the battery gone in about 2 and a half hours is rediculous, screen brightness or not.

If you take it back try and check the new one as much as possible before you leave the store

I have both the massive extended battery and the standard and, now, after a few days I have had a chance to use both. I was getting multiple days on the 2750 and I am getting a full day on the standard battery. There's no way to compare our usage patterns but I'm a moderate to light user.

If you're getting that kind of battery drain something is either very wrong with your settings or wrong with your phone. If you do end up getting another and you end up with the same issue then its a fairly safe bet that the issue is your phone setup.
