2 lightning bolts on battery icon

Hi! I'm currently using a Huawei P20 Lite. It's been about 4 months now. I just noticed that on the battery icon while charging, there are two bolts instead of one. I've been using the same cable and adapter (the one that came with the phone) and plugged in the same outlet but it's the first time I've seen this. What does this mean? It also keeps changing between 1 bolt to 2 bolts from time to time.

Are you sure about that? I just brought another USB c charger and it's fast charging where as the original cable never has done it.

Pretty sure the fast charging is 100% from the wall adapter. If you look on the sticker it will have two volt and amp outputs, one for normal and the other for fast charging.
