2 Step Verification Issue

I just received a phone from work and it is a number that was used by a previous employee. That employee has this number assigned to his 2 step verification and I keep getting text messages with the codes in it. Anyone know who I can contact or a webpage I can go to for this issue?

Not the answer I wanted to hear. I guess I will have to see if I can block the number so I stop getting these texts.

It is so unwise to associate a work phone with one's Google 2-step verification. I wonder if your coworker is having problems logging into his or her Google account now.
