200MP vs 12MP(standard)

I noticed that when shooting in 200MP mode, the colors just pop quite a bit, compared to regular mode. Is this normal?

Scene optimizer probably isn't active with the full sensor (advanced features are automatically disabled when using higher resolutions to avoid processing stutters or skipped frames in video).
