Went and picked up a customers brand new 2015 Suburban at the dealer today to do a bunch of aftermarket stuff to and noticed it had built in wireless charging from factory. Small little recessed area in the top of the console armrest that my S6 fits perfectly into and charges.
Pretty Cool to see from the factory!

$10 retail (probably about $3 their cost) added to the vehicle and it makes a $1,000 impression. Pretty good return on investment for Chevy.

I pulled his window sticker out and witeless charging is standard equipment on his LTZ. Not sure what model it starts oit as standard equip, but cool, none the least

Yea it's pretty awesome indeed. The 2013 Toyota avalon was the first to have wireless charging. Can't wait until it becomes more standard. I believe it's very useful in cars where you can just drop and charge your phone during commutes.

Also jeep cherokee has the pad as well, the one i sold though was loaded up parked itself, dont remember atm what pkg is needed to get it though
