I'm sticking with my Nexus 6. This is a great device. I don't want a smaller screen.

I actually just got an 2013 Nexus 5 as a toy and even got it rooted. I think I would want a larger screen and the current Nexus 6 would be nice. It'll be interesting to see what this year actually brings.

Definitely buying the Huawei nexus. I've gotten quite attached to the large size of the 6. I have to be honest though. If the new Huawei doesn't support fast charging I'm not taking the bait. The nexus 6 if the first device I've owned that supports this feature and after getting used to it. I just don't want to go back to the eternal charging time thing. Just seems so archaic, the thought of waiting forever again. What do you guys think?

I'm with you as long as it's clear upgrade to the Nexus 6

I have to say, everytime I handle the Nexus 6, I keep wondering what more I need in terms of a device. The screen is just fine, and I absolutely love those speakers on the front and how loud they get. I've done fine so far without a fingerprint scanner, and although Huawei gets good and loud HiFi sound from their single speakers, would it be as immersive as dual stereo?

The only way I'd truly get the Huawei Nexus is if the battery is 3,500 mAh and up, and has the SD 820 in it. Even then, how much of a difference would 280 mAh make? Preferably, it would be a huge battery, which Huawei is known for using in their phablets, but I don't know if Google would sign off on it, because of extra cost. But a 4,000 mAh battery would make it a no brainer buy for me. Otherwise, the Moto Nexus 6 is more than good enough, especially when the price will no doubt drop further before the new phones are released.

I think the nexus 6 is a good option simply because it's actually a very ergonomic 6 inch phone I can use most of the phone with one hand :)

Love my N6. I ordered a Dbrand carbonfiber back skin. I have a Spigen case on it now but I would like to try it with just the skin on it to reduce the bulk a little. It's the best phone I've had, including my Iphone 6 which I sold. Battery lasts me all day plus.

I love my Nexus 6, but the size is a bit troublesome at times. That and the volume down key is right under my car mount bracket.

I'm generally more comfortable with 5.2 to 5.5 inch devices. I'd be willing to try a 5.7 so long as it's AMOLED, has front firing speakers, and Qi charging. Those three items are now a 100% requirement for me, I've decided I can't live without them.

Oooooooo, Front facing speakers. :)

#Huawei's #NEXUS: Metal Body,roughly 159.4x78.3x6.6/8.5mm,likely 5.7" Screen,Front Facing Speakers,Fingerprint Sensor on the Back,USB Type-C.

Mav.

Sent from the future on my Sprint Nexus 6.

A ridiculous amount has leaked and the only thing I'm wanting to hear is if it supports rapid charging.

Mod note: Thread moved to the 2015 Nexus forum.

If we only knew the real specs... and not someones guess or rumor about what they think is the specs...

I'm still waiting for the LG version, mainly because of the size and what LG did with the last Nexus.

Assuming they are all on FI. Whichever is cheaper. Tired of paying alot in cell phone

Depends on how well its made the 6 I'll be waiting till February or so. Hoping 64gb is the only choice this whole two size versions is totally lame... N6 2014 I got from AT&T only offered 32gb version an Google an Motorola were out of stock didn't want to wait.... If its a flop then I'll wait till 2016 for the launch of Android N

I'm definitely down for the LG Nexus as long as the specs are consistent among both models.
