2019 HD10 Slowing down

Has anyone else noticed their tablet slowing down? I have the 10" 2019 model and I would swear since the newest version came out my tablet is running a lot slower. Not trying to start a conspiracy, and I realize it might not be Amazon throttling the tablet so I'll buy the newest version, but I do remember Apple was caught doing that with their phones. I was perfectly happy with my tablet and wasn't going to get the 2021 version and then things started taking a long time to load and sticking. I'm using the same apps as before when things were going good.

I don't think that works any more. I tried it and it just turned my volume up and then shut the tablet off. Yes, I did hold the buttons correctly (power off and volume up at same time).

You're starting from a completely powered-off state, right?

Sorry, I didn't see it said from powered down state. That did it. Now I'll see if that solved the problem. Thanks.
