We have the new iPad but I want to get a Nexus 7. I have read the reviews but I want to hear from someone that has both Ipad and Nexus 7. Can you break it down for me?

Have y'all seen the crazy lines at Apple stores of people waiting to get the new I5? Its like black Friday shopping, for an average phone at that (that's my opinion, comparing it to my needs vs the Rezound, my current phone by the way) but maybe to the average Iphoner, its a leap from their current version. Not sure why they would line up for it, Apple has stated that they will not be able to fulfill orders for 2-3 weeks as reported on Thursday.

The Verizon page says today that if you order it will be shipped by the 19th, so yeah, that is four-week wait.

The Rezound does take awesome pictures except when it does not allow in the proper light and the pictures turn out too dark. That does irritate me. That being said, I have never really played with the settings, so maybe the issue could be resolved. However, it happens in all kinds of light so I don?t think it is a settings issue.

Ok ... so the first part of my reply went missing ... UGH!

When I was on vacation I took a number of videos with my Rezound. My iPhone niece and nephew were like, "Wow, your phone takes great videos!"

True that..always amazes me how many Igadget lovers seem to be fairly tech illiterate. You wouldn't believe how many times I got the question whether my phone is a "smartphone"..thinking Snapple is the only one to make them. Of course these are the same folks who think internal storage capacity is the same as internal memory.

I'd be willing to switch, as long as it was given to me for free, I'm not against trying something new. But I'm sure I'd switch back. Messed around with my girlfriends old iPhone 4, thought it was kinda lame. Apparently not much has changed.

The Samsung commercials really show how silly Apple is acting about the iPhone 5. If I was to get a new phone, it will be another Android phone. I was just telling my wife today after we video conference our daughter in Germany much I like the Rezound and being able to do this all over 4G. I read that most carriers do not allow Facetime over their network. I was able to use ooVoo over my Verizon 4G. Go Android

You're right about carriers blocking face time over 3g but wrong with third party video conferencing apps. Outside of the apple crate you're pretty much allowed all access depending on your data plan.

He's not even right about that. The only carrier that blocks it is AT&T. Verizon and sprint don't, and I'm not aware of any international carriers that do either.
