3 More Days....

till my 30 day Sprint return policy is up since I got my EVO on opening day. Im still very much on the fence about keeping this phone. As I said in other posts...Im just not excited about much especially having come from the 4G. I would say the battery life, sense, glitches and the horrible rear battery door are the things I dislike the most. I read yesterday on BGR that the Galaxy S2 will FOR SURE be coming out in August...so now I'm wondering should I keep the 3D? Return it in 3 days for a refund and wait it out for the GS2?

Anyone else considering taking it back?

I'm pretty sure this is the second or third post I have read from you talking about this same issue. It sounds like you have already made up your mind, just return the phone and get something you like. No offense but it sounds like you want somebody to talk you into keeping it. Some phones are just not for some people, take it for what it is and move on. Just get the GS2 you seem to lust after and hope it works out better.

There's a lot better videos than that one that show off how awesome this phone is...I even have iPhone fanboys drop their jaws when I show them the phone...

I will be keeping mine until the next gen EVO comes out, I've fallen in love with the HTC phones...Yes, I had a NS4G and an EPIC and I must say, I am not impressed at all with Samsung's devices, and don't get me started on how much I despise Motorola...Yeah, I admit it, I had a Startac...

I was showing off my E3D to my Iphone buddy had him call my phone turned it over and right to speaker phone he said "wow the Iphone doesn't do that" and I'm a Mac person

I was on the fence as too getting a Nexsus 4G or the 3D I just love the way the 3D looks with some software fixes it will be even better

I dont understand people asking to buy and return stuff. its your decision, dont like it, return it. like it, then keep it.

For the 3 of you that care...I've decided to keep my EVO 3D. I might regret it when the GS2 comes out...but after looking at the Infuse 4G today I think it made my appreciate the build quality of my phone and the cartoonish look of Touchwiz + the resolution does look bad when you see text.

Genuinely sorry if I came across like a "troll"...was not my intention.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the GS2 has a different version of TouchWiz. I think it is a good choice for you to keep your EVO 3D. Too many smartphone buyers are too quick to return their phones instead of waiting for software updates. The updates will come and you will be happy with your purchase. No smartphone will be perfect out of the box. Wait it out and you will see that the bugs will be fixed. My rule is to never take a phone back because of software bugs: only hardware issues. Good luck with your EVO and stop trying to get rid of it. Its an awesome phone. Enjoy it.
