So I did this 3G fix and while data is working now it's only giving me 1x data not 3G. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
And regarding this Ice Cold Rom. Can you install it on Virgin Mobile and still receive Virgin Mobile service? If so please provide a link to instructions...

Read that..... just look around more please.
S roms can be flashed on the V with no problem, but Froyo roms will have no service.

Sooo... Couldn't we take whatever the radio files are out of Quattrimus and replace the Ice Cold radio files with V files from Quattrimus?

I can also confirm that Cold As Ice works and is awesome. Gonna flash Hydrokernal to fix the camera as well.
It looks like we now have a close to fully functional ICS ROM for the V!

There are no Radio files. Radio files from the S will mess your V up. You can flash CM7 and CM9 and have data, but if you flash a froyo rom, you will not. CM9, CM7, Froyo roms.

Idk much about coding and stuff like that but thats for a tmobile phone and we have virgin mobile. So I daubt data will work. But u wanna risk it be my guest.

Hydrokernel or Iscream works. Word has it that Hydrokernel fixes camera but i haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Gonna make a quick backup of my current rom and flash Cold as Ice.
To flash a kernel you flash the rom first then the kernel right?

Can be flashed with Bobzhome recovery right? (aka cwm 4.0.1.5)
