3g wont work!!

I cant get 3g to work. Been having issues for about a week now. I tried hitting activate, but I get an error :service is not available error:06-07-5115 Contact Virgin Mobile at your Service.
I tried toggling airplane mode and mobile data on/off, rebooting, all to no avail. Any suggestions on how to get it back working? Do I need to call VM? Thanks!

I'd call VM
