4.1 ui update

Received the update this morning on Verizon after installing everything is great so far accept one thing I can't seem to figure out my recents stay on the same 4 apps as you will see in the included photo any suggestions to fix this issue will be greatly appreciated

this is a known issue. not sure if there was a fix yet... you can submit error report to samsung members app > get help > error report after reproducing the issue.
I think there was a fix and it'll be released in the near future
