If a bit gutzy can download from the above link and then follow the directions at this link on XDA

Just substitute the Nexus 7 file names for the file names in the image downloaded

Or if you're rooted (w/ unlocked bootloader), you can flash the update in CWM or TWRP...no wipe needed if you're coming from a stock setup...
