4.3 to AT&T S4?

Is there any word on when AT&T will be getting the 4.3 update? I saw some nice things like a black dialer!!! Hope this is an option for other things as well such as contact lists. plus the increase in speed and less stuttering would be nice.

I know its out for some regions on the S4 but nothing in the US from what i've heard. and the HTC One is getting it =(

The international unlocked are just getting it. Still need the internation carrier S4's, then the US unlocked, and THEN when Android 4.4 is already out we'll get it

Since galaxy gear is only compatible with version 4.3 or higher.. I believe US carriers need to push out updates sooner than later.

I'm hoping no later than november.
It's a joke if samsung products aren't compatible with each other. Carriers know that, so they need to hurry.

The 4.3 release has been leaked on XDA forums.. not sure if its the final release but its there...

Does anybody know if this is a semi-major update... whereby we *should* factory reset after it updates to start off "clean" or is it ok to just update?

Maybe the AT&T update is taking a while for a reason...
