4.4 OTA update yet for your nexus?

Nexus 7 2013, got 4.4 last night. The Wi-Fi icon no longer turns blue and I am noticing a sync error with Google. The sync issue could pre-date the 4.4 update.

Yeah but that's because all the icons are white now. I also noticed they've done away from the little arrows showing when one is downloading or uploading any sort of data. Instead these arrows got moved to the swipe down notification menu under WiFi and mobile network where you can see the arrows there if you please. I kinda liked knowing when data was being sent and received just by slightly altering my line of sight. Made it easier for me to be in the know of exactly what was going on at certain moments. Now they've just streamlined it all. Looks very "consumer" and "friendly" and easy, with less information, sorta like Apple lol.

I agree totally about the data icons over the WiFi icon. I really miss being able to see the arrows indicating data travel. Now I have to guess whether I have connection issues. Don't understand at all why they would take out that bit of functionality.

Received 4.4 OTA upgrade for stock nexus 4 today around 5:30 pm in SC. Appeared to boot okay. Time to take it for a test drive! Fingers crossed!!
