Yeah it sux waiting. Only got the N7 update yesterday and still no N4 update on two devices for me. Being patient is hard but I know they will have all of our updates pushed very soon.

Landed OTA via Vodafone in southern Spain last night (21/11) installed without problems. Bit battery heavy today though and wake lock detector no longer works.

Updated this morning and love every single bit of it. Very smooth! Haven't tested batter life but not a problem as I keep a charger on me at all times!

Bam . The Nexus 7 just got KK via Wi-Fi through Movistar (aka Telefonica) as well 30 mins ago here in Andalucia, Spain. That's my Nexus 4 & 7 upgraded - but no sign off it for Mrs. B's Nexus 4 ??

With so many ppl reporting about the ota now, I would assume the rollout is at around 50%. Should hit the other half pretty soon! Thanks Google!

Just tapped the check for updates on my n4 and it immediately started downloading the ota!!! 4.4 here I come!! Only one more n4 to go!!

4.4 is running beautifully on my N4 with the GEL on board.

For those interested in having the full kitkat and nexus 5 experience, I'd highly recommend the GEL (Google Experience Launcher). See link below. It's an extremely simple install, just download the app to phone and it will install. First make sure under your security settings that you have checked to install from other sources. Takes all of 5 minutes. This will give the transparent bars, unlimited home screens, and always listening Google now search. Cool!!!

I just got the update notification on my Nexus 4 (Vancouver Canada) I went to install it but the program I used to root my phone came up with some weird menu options. I chose to reboot and now I don;t get the update anymore. Wahhhhhhhhh.

I just got the update to 4.4 this evening at around 5pm EST. My brother as well! We both have N4's, both on Koodo in Montreal Canada. So far so good, except for the battery stats changes google as made (or unmade) to developers. Wakelock detector apps got major screwed and that kinda ticks me off. Not sure why Google did that. Also I'm surprised Google has taken the Apple 'esque' route with the update to the N4, not being made available core new features that are available on the N5 seemingly just because they can do whatever they want. This actually has me a little concerned about the future direction this company is swaying towards with Android.

Got 4.4 on Nexus 4 on Sat, and Nexus 7 was ready to install yesterday morning when I got home from work. So far, so good on both devices.
